We are a team of three researchers in the Masters of Public Administration program at The Evergreen State College. Together we have become passionate about studying workplace strategies and through that constructed a project that is aimed to understand what attracts Millennials and workplaces can retain them.

As a reserach team, using an ethnographic lens, we explored workplaces that are "trending" to appeal not only to Millennials, but to invite collaboration among all employees

Through in person, video recorded interviews, we  made small video compilations of Millennial's responses and preferences in their workplaces.

We created and sent out a survey specifically for Millennials asking what they look for at a workplace. We asked about thier preference in leadership, organizational culture, and space use.
