Just Call Us the BAR Group
"We raise the BAR everytime."
We are a team of three millennial public administrators....and we are raising the BAR on workplace strategies! With this project we set out on our journey to better understand how millennials fit into the workplace. With the support of The Office of Financial Management and organizations that let us tour their facilities, our team blogged our way toward workplaces strategies while simultaneously conducting a case study to identify how the future largest generation would adapt to the workplace. From government agencies to hip startups we sought our truths through an ethnographic lens. We blogged, we cried, and we rejoyced for the future of the workplace.
