75%
The majority of respondents prefer to work both collaboratively and individually.
When given a choice between communicating via phone call, electronically, or face to face over half chose fact to face; electronic communication was second.
Millennials only need some flexbility when it comes to their schedule. They perfer mostly set over total flexibility.
When given a choice between a visionary, inspiring, strategic thinking, visibly present, well-networked, or visionary; most of our respondents wanted a manager who was above anything else, personable.
Millenialls want mixed workspaces above all else. In a choice of offices, unassigned workstations, offices, or collaborative, our respondents prefer mixed workstation.
