Our Research

was conducted to investigate how Millennials prefer to work, in what environments, and understand what they value in a workplace. Because our research was inspired by the workplace strategies currently being implemented by Washington State government agencies, we added a component to our efforts to gain an understanding in how the millennial generation percieves working in state government. Our goal is to help educate organizations on the new generation in the workforce and hopefully help state government better attract and retain new talent.
